Unable to get remote 'Program Files' path

Q - When attempting to deploy agent to a machine you receive a massage

'Unable to get remote 'Program Files' path. Check if 'Remote Registry' service is running.Error starting 'Remote Registry' on remote machine. ex: Cannot open Service Control Manager on computer 'DESKTOP11.eproclab2.local'. This operation might require other privileges.'

A - The account who logged on is not in the local administrators group on the machine, Add the account to the local     

      administrators group.
