Q - Computer don't get offline password doesn't
A - Does the offline password compatible with the organization's policy.
- The Alerts relay is down or his port is not opened. Does the eplac process run on the computer.
- The Extended GPP need to be ON in the Engines section in the instance properties.
- The EPlutility account have the permissions to logon.
What else to check:
Debug ePlac - C:\Program Files\ePws\Logs\Debug\triggers, Change the debug to file under eplac to 1
