eProc ‘Computers Printers’

Computers Printers - Introduction to eProc Computers Printers.

The eProc Virtual Technician for Computers & Printers optimizes your IT operations through centralized management and automation capabilities for both computers and printers, thereby removing the necessity for direct remote interventions.

This section facilitates the setup of printers and their drivers for end-users efficiently. Utilizing the System Account, eProc seamlessly installs the necessary drivers and connects printers to users' computers without requiring users to have special permissions or necessitating remote control actions.

Due to standard user permission settings that typically restrict the installation of printer drivers, eProc offers a solution by enabling the configuration of printer drivers to be installed with elevated permissions. This ensures that when the help desk support technician initiates the printer setup for a user, the driver is automatically installed, streamlining the process and enhancing the user experience.
