How to connect a shared printer to a remote computer.
Typically, when a service desk technician needs to change the printer's connection settings, they control the computer remotely and change the settings manually.
With eProc, this can also be done remotely. 
  1. Go to the eProc Control Center Computers and Users and select the computer, go to the real-time view of the Control Center (by double-clicking on the computer). 



  2. Once the data starts streaming from the remote computer, we click on the Printers tab. 
  3. In the table of shared printers you will see that the printer is not connected. 
  4. Click the Connect button and enter the printer path in the next window or click Select to open the shred printer window. 


  5. Select the printer, click OK and then Yes to confirm the operation.

  6. Then eProc adds the printer to the computer.
