How to work with Data Vaults
Data Vaults allows you to save data including accounts information in secured and encrypted vault, you can use the selected account ID arguments without revealing the information.
Here are the steps to configure your secrets in the data vaults.
Open the eProc management console and go to Settings > Databases > Data Vaults.
On the right pane click Add.
Fill in the fields.
Name\ID = the name of the secret.
Description = description if the secret.
CCR Access = When enabled, allowed access to accounts that can access the vault using the CCR API.
Accounts Allowed Access = Add or remove accounts that can access the secrets in this vault.Only user administrator has access to this secret.
Other users can use the secrets, but they don’t have access to change or see the secret.
In the items window click Add. The data vault item window open.
Name = name of the secret for example "eProc user"
Data = the actual Username.
Click ok.
